Trinity Delivers Keynote at Women’s Conference
Robert Winter, President of Trinity Training and Development, presented the keynote address at the Lone Star College System Soaring with Your Strengths conference held at the North Harris College Campus. The goal of the conference was to prepare college students for what was expected in appearance, attitude, and behavior in the workplace. Using DISC Workplace as a tool, Robert’s keynote focused on the need for women to both build awareness and appreciation of their unique strengths, and utilization of those strengths on the job. With over 150 women attending, the keynote was rated as one of the most important elements of the conference.
