How we got there
Trinity wasn’t built on a hunch. It was built on a belief: that people development isn’t a perk. It’s a business strategy.
When Adam Boyd acquired Trinity Training & Development, he brought together two practices under one roof: the sales development work he’d built through The Northwood Group, and the leadership development work that Trinity had been refining for two decades through the Front Line Leadership program.
Today Trinity serves both sides of the growth equation. We build better sellers, and we build better leaders. The common thread is simple. Every program we run is practical, measurable, and built for the real world your people work in. Not the world a textbook describes.
Twenty‑three years in, we still believe what we believed on day one. Every person has more to give. The job of leadership is to build the systems that let them give it.
