MANY TEAMS STRUGGLE BECAUSE OF DISTRUST, POOR COMMUNICATION, AND LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THE TEAM'S GOALS.

Our approach to team development begins with an assessment of your team’s strengths and challenges. We then craft a solution designed to address the obstacles to effective performance.

Our training processes improve team performance by:

  • Helping teams build trust based on honesty and openness
  • Understanding and valuing differences on the team
  • Utilizing the input of all members so that commitment and buy-in are increased
  • Creating a clear structure for conducting meetings
  • Minimizing non-productive behavior that inhibits dialog

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ is designed to help professionals and their organizations discover what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. The Five Behaviors profile, which provides both individual and team feedback, is grounded in the model described in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the internationally best-selling leadership book by Patrick Lencioni.

Through the use of experiential activities, video, and discussion, an intact team is lead through the powerful The Five Behaviors model, learning and practicing the behaviors that will make the team more cohesive and improve its performance.
