The Leader Within

Individual Contributors

Each person within an organization has the capacity to lead and influence others. However, individuals are not always given the opportunity to explore their own strengths and abilities, and how these can more deeply contribute to organizational goals. The Leader Within is designed for individual contributors who want to explore beginning level leadership concepts that can positively impact day-to-day performance and relationships on the job.

  • Learn how to manage conflict
  • Practice skills for working effectively on a team
  • Develop skills for customer service
  • Learn time management and organizational skills

Front Line Leadership

Lead, Supervisor

Front Line Leadership is a flexible, 10-module program that provides new and current supervisors and leads with a toolkit of practical communication and employee development tools that reduce conflict, improve employee performance and enhance team effectiveness. Leaders learn to deliver clear direction, coach employees, and effective feedback. These skills create work environments that foster employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction.

Situational Leadership II

Mid-Level Managers and Above

Situational Leadership® II is one of the most well known models for managing people. Based on the work of Ken Blanchard, SLII® provides leaders with a model and tools for creating open communication and developing self-reliance in those they manage.

SLII® is recognized as both a language and framework for developing people because it works across cultural, linguistic and geographical barriers. The program's foundation lies in teaching leaders to diagnose the needs of an individual or a team and then use the appropriate leadership style to respond to the needs of the person and the situation.

Objectives:
  • Develop leaders who succeed at goal setting, coaching, active listening and proactive problem solving
  • Clarify individual goals and ensure alignment with the organization's goals
  • Improve individual and organizational productivity
  • Improve job satisfaction and morale at all levels
  • Create a shared language of leadership within an organization

Mid-Level Managers and Above

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® is classroom training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience. Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness. Rich, compelling narrative adds depth to the data and strong visuals support the learning process by illustrating key messages.
