You finished the program. Let’s show it off.
Congratulations on completing Front Line Leadership. We hope you gained tools and strategies you can take straight back to your team. Below are step-by-step instructions for adding your Certified Front Line Leader badge to LinkedIn — it takes about ten minutes.
Download your badge.
You’ll upload this image in Step 03, so grab it first. Save it somewhere you can find again — LinkedIn will ask you for the file.
Add it to LinkedIn.
Add the certification to your profile, then enter the details below exactly as they are written. Copy each field straight from this page.
- 01Log in to LinkedIn and go to your Profile page.
- 02Click Add profile section, then select Licenses & Certifications.
- 03Enter the following information exactly as shown.
Upload your badge.
This is the part most people skip, and it is the part that makes the entry look like a credential rather than a line of text.
- 01While still on the Add license or certification screen, scroll to the Media section and click Add media.
- 02Upload the badge image you downloaded in Step 01.
- 03LinkedIn will ask for a title and description — use the following.
- 04Click Save. Your badge now appears inside the certification entry on your profile.
Then tell people.
A profile entry is quiet. A post is not. Upload the badge, add a line about what actually changed in how you lead, and tag us so we can celebrate it with you.
“Just completed the Front Line Leadership Program with Trinity Training & Development. Ten modules on the things nobody teaches you when you get promoted — coaching, accountability, and the shift from peer to leader. Bringing all of it back to my team.”
Congratulations again on your achievement.
