Education Testimonials

“I can strongly recommend Trinity Development and Training without reservation. Trinity has been instrumental in transforming a staff of more than 125 managers and potential managers into leaders. Robert and his team presented materials that offered my staff coming from different backgrounds, educational levels, experience, and skills with a set of tools necessary to be more effective leaders. Trinity was able to meet the needs of our diverse staff by offering presentations and training materials in both Spanish and English. Time management, personnel management, team building, and conflict resolution are only a few of the areas effectively covered by Robert and his team. The training has given my staff confidence to deal with the challenges they face every day.  The feedback from our staff has been overwhelmingly positive and without a doubt has had a positive impact on the individual leaders and the Department as a whole.”

“Outstanding. Trinity helped me transform my campus managers into campus leaders. Trinity trainers did an exceptional job and as a result, our campus was able to move forward much more quickly to reach our goals. Our leaders also developed a Student Leadership Program that engaged students through high interest topics and scenarios. Student leaders culminated their learning by developing a service learning project for the school and community.”

“I have been flooded with calls and comments from staff, managers, and cooks saying that this was the most useful information they have ever received for effectively communicating with their cafeteria team, campus staff, students, and parents. The most surprising part of the day was understanding for the first time that effective communication requires that we both understand and appreciate our differences in order to pool the strengths each of us have. You added icing on the cake when you interjected the part on cultural differences. Thank you for a great beginning to our school year”.

Pat Barker, Child Nutrition Director
Beaumont Independent School District

“Trinity Training has had a strong impact on the staff development in Aldine lSD, and I can recommend the training without reservation.
Mr. Winter started work in the Aldine Independent School District in 2005 at Nimitz High School. He and his staff trained the principal, the leadership team and all of the teachers in understanding the dynamics of teamwork and how to resolve conflicts and differences in personality and work styles. This helped us to make progress toward goals and work effectively as subject area departments or grade level teams.

The results influenced the district to offer the training for all schools and leadership teams. In 2006, Robert Winter and his staff trained leadership teams from each of our sixty-five campuses and all district level departments. The two-day training was well-received. Based on the feedback from the sessions, the training was successful and has proven beneficial as the district works toward quality improvement to meet district goals and objectives.

This fall, the Trinity staff has conducted follow-up observation sessions at each campus to provide feedback for the staff on the training implementation. Mr. Winter has made himself and his staff available to ensure that the staff who were trained understand how to use the training principles in everyday group settings. The training is hands-on and relevant to help staff master collaboration skills and move a team toward consensus. The materials are user-friendly and the training includes a variety of participant activities, technology, and real-world examples to help participants see the relevance of the work.

District staff members continue to talk about the training and what they learned about their own style of decision-making and their ability to conduct meetings and complete projects. At the school level, the training has helped campus leaders facilitate campus planning meetings and encourage teacher collaboration. The training has helped Aldine move forward in building professional learning communities on each campus.”

Wanda Bamberg, Superintendent of Schools
Aldine Independent School District

“As a recently appointed principal, it was vitally important for me to create an atmosphere of collaboration and set my vision for the campus. Trinity Training was able to help me immensely in these areas. They took the time to analyze my leadership team and recommend a training to achieve my goal of increased collaboration. Trinity was able to train my key personnel on leadership and effective practices of collaborative teams. The result was the creation of a core of leaders that worked to change the collaborative climate on campus. They also created a training that focused on building relationships with students and creating a positive environment for learning. I was able to provide my input so they could create a training that was specifically designed for the staff and the needs of the campus. I believe that the training provided by Trinity helped us to transform our campus and thus achieve a state recognized rating. I highly recommend the services that Trinity Training and Development can provide.”
