Effective employees and managers understand their work styles and the styles of others. Everything DiSC Workplace focuses on:

Participants discover their DiSC styles and learn how these styles affect their workplace priorities and relationships. Everything DiSC Workplace can be used with everyone in an organization, regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of the workplace.

As few as one or two participants, or an entire team, will complete an  an online self-assessment to learn more about their work styles and the styles of others. From these assessments, an online report is produced, providing the launching point for understanding and discussion.

  • Everything DiSC Comparison Reports can also be created that can compare any two participants who have taken an Everything DiSC profile so that they can gain insight on how to better relate to the other person.
  • Everything DiSC Facilitator Report provides a composite of your group’s DiSC styles and information on how DiSC styles can impact your organization’s culture.
  • Everything DiSC Group Culture Report helps you determine the group’s DiSC culture, explore its advantages and disadvantages, discuss its effect on group members, and examine its influence on decision making and risk taking.

Participants gain insight into their own work style and group dynamics, a stepping stone toward tapping employee talents and identifying the source of workplace friction and positive synergy.
