The Leader Within

Individual Contributor

Each person within an organization has the capacity to lead and influence others. However, individuals are not always given the opportunity to explore their own strengths and abilities, and how these can more deeply contribute to organizational goals. The Leader Within is designed for individual contributors who want to explore beginning level leadership concepts that can positively impact day-to-day performance and relationships on the job.

Objectives:

  • Understand their unique personality style and communication style
  • Learn how to manage conflict
  • Practice skills for working effectively on a team
  • Develop skills for customer service
  • Learn time management and organizational skills

Recommended group size:

12 – 25 participants

Time commitment:

Up to 24 hours of content offered in four or eight hour sessions according to the need of the organization

Front Line Leadership

Lead, Supervisor

Front Line Leadership is a flexible, 10-module program that provides new and current supervisors and leads with a toolkit of practical communication and employee development tools that reduce conflict, improve employee performance and enhance team effectiveness. Leaders learn to deliver clear direction, coach employees, and effective feedback. These skills create work environments that foster employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction.

Trinity has been instrumental in transforming a staff of more than 125 managers and potential managers into leaders. Trinity created and delivered materials that offered a clear set of tools that enhanced leader effectiveness. Mid-Level Manager

Front-Line to Mid Level Manager

Mid-Level Management Training is an in-depth process that guides managers in diagnosing and addressing staff development issues, with the goal of maximizing employee performance and job satisfaction. This program blends proven strategies and interactive processes that equip managers to address a range of real-world management issues. Participants analyze, plan, and deliver interventions based upon industry specific case studies. Participants are then tasked with practicing new skills with direct reports.

Managers will:

  • Effectively analyze and address work issues that impact overall team cohesion and organizational performance
  • Plan and conduct productive discussions with employees about performance and behavioral issues
  • Analyze employee needs and customize development plans to boost performance levels
  • Develop a shared language that promotes professional development among managers and employees
  • Implement newly refined interpersonal skills aimed at reducing workplace conflict, increasing cooperation, improving morale, and boosting employee engagement to new levels

Situational Leadership II

Mid-Level Manager and above

Situational Leadership® II is one of the most well known models for managing people. Based on the work of Ken Blanchard, SLII® provides leaders with a model and tools for creating open communication and developing self-reliance in those they manage.

SLII® is recognized as both a language and framework for developing people because it works across cultural, linguistic and geographical barriers. The program’s foundation lies in teaching leaders to diagnose the needs of an individual or a team and then use the appropriate leadership style to respond to the needs of the person and the situation.

  • Develop leaders who succeed at goal setting, coaching, active listening and proactive problem solving
  • Clarify individual goals and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals

Work of Leaders

Mid-Level Manager and above

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® is classroom training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience. Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness. Rich, compelling narrative adds depth to the data and strong visuals support the learning process by illustrating key messages.
