Mr. Ransleben spent many years as an executive in human resource development, including as a vice president in the retail industry. His consulting has included work with a wide variety of organizations, such as Walmart, HP, BP, Toyota, and MD Anderson. In the area of leadership development, his primary areas of expertise include coaching, influence, authentic conversations, leading teams and leading change. He has also worked with teams to improve collaboration, conflict resolution, and problem solving. With organizations, he has partnered to implement change initiatives, manage performance, and change culture. Mr. Ransleben has a master’s degree from Ohio State University in Student Personnel Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Lamar University.
